Payments and Reimbursement

In our group language courses, full payment is required by the first day of 12-week and 6-week (or shorter) courses. Students will receive reimbursement for 75% of the total cost of the course if course instructors receive notification of unenrollment before week 2 for 6-week (or shorter) courses or before week 3 for 12-week course. No partial reimbursements will be granted after that time.
To cancel private tutoring sessions for a full refund, instructors must be contacted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Sessions canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
